Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Taxee, a service of itpro360 LLC. By using Taxee you agree to them.

The service

Taxee helps you keep records of business expenses, receipts, mileage and tax documents and export them. Taxee is not tax, legal or accounting advice. Category and form-line mappings and mileage rates are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or out of date; you and your tax preparer are responsible for what you report.

Your account

You must be at least 16. Keep your sign-in details and authenticator secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information.

Acceptable use

Don't use Taxee for anything unlawful, to store content you have no right to store, to attack or overload the service, or to access other people's accounts or data.

Your content

You keep ownership of the records and files you upload. You give itpro360 LLC permission to store, process and back them up only as needed to run the service for you. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of records you are legally required to keep; export them regularly.

Suspension and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.

No warranty

Taxee is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, itpro360 LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost data, or tax penalties or interest arising from your use of Taxee, and our total liability is limited to US$100.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify itpro360 LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
